Moving & Rigging Company in Western New York

Nearly 100 Years In Business!

Farley Riggers & Movers, Inc. was established in 1919 by Clifton Farley. He brought his three sons into the business. Over the years, the company performed trucking services, hauling construction equipment and building materials including brick to the northeastern region of our country.

The business progressed into delivery of water for cisterns in homes, restaurants & for swimming pools before water was secured from the Niagara River to many towns in Niagara County. We also provided coal, oil & diesel fuel to residential and commercial customers. Also on the agenda were demolition services participating in Lockport's Urban Renewal & removal of the old Lockport High School.
Farley's were also house movers relocating homes to allow for plazas and to make way for the Whirlpool Park in Niagara Falls, the UB North Campus, and for commercial buildings and factories to be built. Many of these homes are part of the Niagara County landscape and were our contribution to the recycling industry. We also had greenhouse operations at one time.

The business is still family run by Marcia Farley, her son Jeff Farley & daughter, Pauline Farley. Farley's performs mostly commercial work currently providing crane, rigging & machinery moving.
